Frankie

Birth Doula, Prenatal Yoga Instructor

Frankie has been serving families in San Diego since 2020. She believes that one of the most important factors that helps mothers + parents to have truly aligned, positive birth experiences is by operating from a deeply authentic place within themselves. Shielding from outside pressures and expectations allows women to learn to follow their intuition, and it is from this place that confidence and self-knowing is able to bloom. Frankie's role as your doula, childbirth educator and yoga instructor is to amplify your voice, your desires, and the wisdom you already hold around the sacred experience of becoming a mother.
