A weekly gathering for mothers to slow down, regulate, and connect in a supportive circle.
Motherhood changes everything: our bodies, identities, relationships, and nervous systems. Yet so many mothers are moving through this initiation in isolation.
MotherCircle is a consistent, heart-centered space to slow down and be held in community. Each gathering blends gentle somatic practices, reflection, and intentional conversation, allowing you to reconnect with yourself and other mothers in an honest, grounded way.
This is not therapy.
This is not advice-giving.
This is not a space to be “better.”
It is a space to be honest and resourced.
What to expect:
• Nervous system-informed grounding practices
• Gentle body-based awareness and breath
• Guided reflection or journaling prompts
• Intentional group sharing (always optional)
• Themes rooted in motherhood, identity, and self-trust
• A consistent rhythm that supports regulation and safety
You are welcome exactly as you are, tired, full, unsure, open, guarded, curious.
Who this is for:
MotherCircle is for mothers who:
• Are craving a deeper connection with other mothers
• Feel stretched, tender, or in transition
• Want something slower and more intentional
• Are curious about nervous system awareness and embodiment
• Long to be witnessed without needing to explain or perform
All stages of motherhood are welcome. And I mean all! From the new mother to the grandmother, we need all aspects of mothering!
Who this may not be for:
• Those seeking therapy or crisis support
• Those looking for parenting strategies or advice-based discussion
• Those unwilling to honor group agreements around confidentiality and respect
